What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit or debit cards - PayPal, Visa, Master Card.
My order won’t go through, what do I do?
Please check all of the information has been entered correctly. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact us at email@example.com
Do I get an email confirmation?
Yes, as soon as you place an order you will receive a confirmation of your order. If you have not received it, please double check you entered the correct e-mail address and check your junk folder.
Can I change my order or add an item?
We are only able to make changes to your order if your order hasn't yet been processed. Please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order reference number with clear details of the amendments you require. We will contact you as quickly as possible to inform you if your request has been met.
Unfortunately, if your order has been produced and dispatched, it won’t be possible to amend it.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders will be shipped within 5 working days. Shipping time may vary due to the shipping method chosen at checkout. Shipping times may be longer during busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.
What if my order is damaged when delivered?
If your items are damages during shipping please take clear images and send them to email@example.com with the subject DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. Once we have assessed the imagery we will assign a returns number and handle the return accordingly.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, we ship internationally.
Shipping costs do vary depending on location.
